1. Pricing
The pricing shown is "retail". Please contact Novus for discounts available to Art Consultants and Art Dealers. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

2. Sizing
Slight variation in the image size or overall size of a print might occur. We do endeavor to provide you with accurate measurements, however we advise you to measure the artwork before framing.

3. Color accuracy
Some colors do not reproduce identically on the catalog pages or website compared to the actual artwork. Slight color variations might occur.

4. Consignment
Upon request, Novus prints will consign print samples for a period not to exceed 30 days. If samples are not returned within 30 days from the date of the consignment form , the sample prints will be billed to your credit card for the full purchase amount, including your discount, plus any applicable sales tax and shipping costs. All samples must be returned in the same ccondition as when shipped to you. If the samples are not returned in this condition, and there is *damage to the print(s), then the prints will be shipped back to you by ground shipping service and the full purchase amount, including your discount, plus any applicable sales tax and shipping costs, will be billed to to your credit card.

If the original Novus Art Prints consignment form doesn't indicate any damage and you receive the the print in damaged condition, please notify Novus Art Prints within three business days from receipt of the package. You must retain all the packaging material and we will determine at this time if a claim will need to be made with the "parcel service". We will notify you if a claim has been made and the "parcel service" will contact you for inspection of the package and contents.

If you do not report damage to a print(s) and you return the damaged consignment to Novus Art Prints, then the prints will be shipped back to you by ground shipping service and the full purchase amount, including your discount, plus any applicable sales tax and shipping costs, will be billed to your credit card.

*Damaged condition is defined as any rip, tear, puncture, smudge, stain, mark, impression or discoloration, or excessive wrinkling of the image or margin area, which would render the print un-saleable at the normal price.

5. Returns
Novus Art Prints will accept returns for full credit card refund minus a 10% re-stocking charge on prints returned in the same condition as when shipped to you. All returns will require an authorization number prior to return shipment to us. All returns must be made within 60 days of the original purchase date. Acceptance of returns after 60 days will be at the discretion of Novus Art Prints. We can not refund the purchase price of prints which have been damaged while in your care.

If a package is delivered to you with visual damage to the package, refuse the shipment and notify us immediately. If you accept a package and there is damage to the contents, retain all packing material and contact us immediately. All claims for damages must be reported to us within three business days from date of receipt of the package. We will file a claim with the "parcel service" and they will contact you for inspection of the package and contents. We will not be responsible for replacement of a damaged print once it has been framed. Please inspect the print carefully for any defects prior to framing.

7. Shipping
We normally ship by U.P.S., either ground, 2 or 3 day service. If you would like shipment by another method, contact us for a quotation.

8. Payments
Payments can be made by Visa/Mastercard, check, "Paypal", or wire transfer. We can also ship your order C.O.D. Please add $5.00 to order.

9. International orders
Our standard "terms and conditions" apply to international customers as well. Orders should specify the preferred method of shipment and the name of the freight forwarder. We can also arrange to ship your order by a carrier of your choice. All orders will ship freight collect (if not previously paid). Please place all orders in "English" in order to avoid any confusion.

10. License to use this site
We hereby grant you the right to view and use this site for the purpose of shopping in accordance with this agreement. You may download and print copied of images displayed on this site as long as they are used for the express purpose of promoting the sale of such work sold on this website or accompanying catalog. The images are copyrighted by each artist and are for the use described above.

11. Other
By submitting your order to us by the credit card method, you authorize us to charge your order (including taxes, shipping and handling). If your card cannot be verified, is invalid or not otherwise acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically. You agree to update your card information to keep it current at al all times and that we may submit charges for processing even if your card has expired. You must resolve any problem before proceeding with an order. All prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
